1. Services Overview : Safari for Wild help to organize safari tour, palighat safari tour, hotel booking ,Ranthambore Fort tour, Museum tour and pick up -drop  and designed to provide unique, responsible, and safe experiences connecting visitors with nature.

2. Booking and Payments

   1. Booking Requirements: Accurate and complete information is required for booking. All bookings are subject to availability.
   2. Payments: Full payment must be made before the service. We accept [phonepe/gpay/paytm/net banking/credit or debit cards] and use third-party providers for secure payment processing.
   3. Refunds and Cancellations:
   4. 1. Weather Disruptions: Subject to natural conditions.
      2. Monsoon Season: Core zones may close July–September; offline booking available for limited routes.
      3. MDR Charges: Non-refundable.
      4. Errors: Contact us within 48 hours for support and refund processing.
      5. Service Non-Delivery: Case-by-case refund review within 1 week.

      General Cancellation Terms

      1. 75% refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before the visit date.
      2. 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 hours to 30 days of the visit date.
      3. 0% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the visit date.
      4. Confirmed Tatkal bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Safety and Conduct

   1. Compliance with Rules: Guests must follow all safety instructions and park regulations. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the activity without a refund.
   2. Assumption of Risk: Outdoor adventure activities involve risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Safari for wild is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

   1. Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate booking information. Errors may affect the booking and eligibility for services.
   2. Personal Conduct: Users must act respectfully toward other guests, staff, and wildlife. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may lead to denial of service.

   1. Content Ownership: All content on our Website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by Safari for Wild. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.
