Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Full cancellations/Refunds for Tatkal Confirmed Bookings.
No Refunds for Weather/Natural Causes: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to heavy rain, other adverse weather conditions, or natural causes affecting access or operations.
Provisional Rainy-Season Bookings: Safari bookings during the monsoon season (typically July 1st to September 30th) are provisional and can be cancelled on short notice due to weather conditions; no refunds will be issued in such cases.
MDR Charges are Non-Refundable: These charges, levied by banks for payment processing, are non-refundable. If a payment is deducted but tickets are not booked, the refunded amount (if applicable) will exclude the MDR charges.
MDR Charges Definition:
MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) is a fee charged by a bank for providing payment processing services. When you make a payment at a POS or website, a small percentage of the transaction amount as MDR is charged by your bank. This fee covers the cost of processing the transaction, including the technology infrastructure, fraud protection, and administrative expenses associated with facilitating electronic payments.
General Cancellation Policy:
- 75% refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before the visit date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 hours to 30 days of the visit date.
- 0% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the visit date..
Partial Cancellation Policy
Partial Cancellation refers to the cancellation of one or more passengers in a ticket, not the entire ticket. The following rules apply:
- These permits will be released in premium tatkal at 10:00 am IST for the cancelled passenger(s), after the cancellation process is approved.
- No refund will be provided for partial cancellations.
- Once a passenger is cancelled, no reversion will be allowed.
